RICEBERRY BRAN PROTEIN HYDROLYSATE
Our Riceberry Bran Protein Hydrolysate contains a high level of antioxidants such as beta-carotene, gamma oryzanol, vitamin E, and folic acid (folate). It is also high in other significant constituents such as anthocyanin and polyphenol.
According to our R&D research, our riceberry bran protein hydrolysate produces the highest antioxidant and tyroisnase inhibition activities when entrapped with niosomes at 5%. Niosmes entrapped with 5% riceberry bran protein hydrolysate gives the smallest particle size of niosomes and 53.58% efficiency of niosomes.
Riceberry Bran Protein hydrolysate is extracted from the riceberry. Riceberry is the new variety of rice that has been bred in Thailand. It is a cross-bred between Jao Hom Nin, the local non-glutinous purple rice and Khoa Dawk Mali 105, the Thai Hom Mali Rice.
